*NOTES on 2011-2012:

1. Monthly Tuition payments are due the FIRST day of each month beginning the month
you enroll through May 1st.
2. Payments can be made by Credit/Debit card or by Money Order.
3. NO CHECKS are accepted.
4. Enrollment and Tuition must be paid each School Year.
5. Summer Session Tuition is required when attending in the months of June and July.
6. Late enrollment for THE ACADEMY program will be accepted through March.
7. All payments are NON-refundable.

Tuition            80% refundable (20% retained for administrative costs)
Refund opportunity expires on May 19, 2012.

A Cancellation Confirmation Number (CCN) must be obtained from ZAA before cancellation is official.
