

Enrollment Procedures
Applications are accepted Year-Round and are processed daily.
Step 1: Fill out the APPLICATION
Step 2: Pay ENROLLMENT & TUITION
Step 3: DIAGNOSTIC TEST will be emailed.

How it works…

When Zion Academy receives your Application, Enrollment, and Tuition(s), the Diagnostic Test will be issued to the parent via Email.

The parent issues the Diagnostic TEST to the child.

The parent sends all TESTING materials back to Zion Academy for academic diagnosis and can notify the child's last school of their request for withdrawal/transfer and of their current processing of enrollment into Zion Academy.

Zion Academy will request your child's records and complete the enrollment process.

Upon receiving the Diagnostic TEST Zion Academy will evaluate, diagnose student, and assign courses.

The student's materials/curriculum will be sent the following day.
Allow
10-14 days to complete the enrollment process
and receive
curriculum.

While you wait...
While waiting for the learning materials to arrive, prepare a special place for the child to do their daily work. Supply the student with a quiet work-area with adequate light, paper, pencils, and eraser.
When the student's materials arrives, read the HANDBOOK of Instructions and Procedures. Then the student is ready to begin school.

Return Policy ~ All learning materials & curriculum are property of Zion Academy and are furnished as part of the Academy's service. Score Keys, Resource Books, Student Workbooks, and Tests are to be returned after the work is completed each Quarter. If student must withdraw or transfer to another school, all learning materials & curriculum are to be returned to Zion Academy. If materials are lost, damaged or not returned, the BOOK FEE will apply.
